• Prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members can also contact 878bd support at any time to temporarily or permanently close their account. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it — provided no terms have been violated.

Limitation of Liability

878bd strives to ensure maximum technical reliability; however, 878bd's liability is limited in the following areas:

• If a bet cannot be placed due to internet connectivity issues or device failure.
• Delays caused by third-party payment services.
• Force Majeure — service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• If a member's information is compromised due to their own negligence.

Under no circumstances is 878bd liable for losses exceeding the original deposit amount. Please bet responsibly.

Terms Amendment Policy

878bd may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, in part or in full. Members will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notification in advance. Minor changes may take effect without prior notice.

Continued use of 878bd after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the service and contact support to close your account.
